These terms govern access to and use of the Pakka Vikas website operated by Dr. Ambedkar Shikshan Seva Sansthan.
Acceptance and scope
By using this website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. References to Pakka Vikas, the Sansthan, we or us mean Dr. Ambedkar Shikshan Seva Sansthan; you means any visitor or user of the website.
Permitted use
You may access the website for lawful, personal, informational and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit misleading information or use the website to violate another person’s rights.
Website content
Programme descriptions and organisational information are provided for general public information. We aim to keep them accurate and current, but may correct, replace or remove content without notice. Nothing on the website guarantees eligibility for a programme, partnership, grant, benefit, receipt or tax treatment.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, visual identity, logo and organisation-owned media are owned by or licensed to Dr. Ambedkar Shikshan Seva Sansthan. You may view and make a limited copy for personal reference. You may not sell, sublicense, republish, materially reproduce or redistribute protected material without written permission. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights.
Linking and framing
You may link to a public page in a way that is lawful, accurate and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. You may not frame the website, use the organisation’s logo as a link, or alter how a page is presented without written permission. We may request removal of a link that is misleading, unlawful or harmful to the organisation or its communities.
Donations and payment services
Selecting Continue to donate takes you to a Razorpay-hosted payment page issued for Dr. Ambedkar Shikshan Seva Sansthan. Before authorising payment, you are responsible for checking the donation amount and the details shown by Razorpay. A donation is completed only after the payment is successfully authorised and confirmed. Payment processing is also governed by Razorpay’s applicable terms and policies and by the rules of the selected bank, card network, UPI provider or other payment method.
Donation purpose and receipts
Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the organisation’s charitable cause areas. Unless the organisation expressly accepts a specific restriction in writing, it may apply donated funds where they are most needed within those purposes. A Razorpay payment confirmation is evidence of the transaction but should not by itself be treated as a tax-deduction certificate. Tax treatment applies only where the organisation issues an eligible receipt and confirms the applicable status.
Payment problems and refunds
If a payment is pending, failed, duplicated, made for an incorrect amount or appears unauthorised, contact the relevant bank or payment provider promptly and email harshit@pakkavikas.org with the transaction reference. Refunds, reversals and chargebacks are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy, applicable law and the payment provider’s rules. Never send a CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or one-time password by email.
Third-party services
Links to Razorpay, social networks, registries and other websites are provided for specific functions or convenience. Those services are operated independently, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control their availability, security, content or practices. Availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from every technical error, or that all material will remain current. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties relating to the website are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Ambedkar Shikshan Seva Sansthan is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this free public-information website or a third-party service linked from it. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing the revised version and effective date on this page. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply to later use. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
