Refund Policy
Donations to Dr. Ambedkar Shikshan Seva Sansthan are voluntary charitable contributions and are treated as final once successfully received.
No-refund rule
After a donation has been successfully completed, the donor is not eligible for a refund. The organisation applies this rule consistently so charitable funds can be planned and used fairly for its stated cause areas. A change of mind, change in personal circumstances or disagreement with the later allocation of unrestricted funds does not create a right to a refund.
Payment errors and unauthorised transactions
If you believe a payment was duplicated, processed for an amount different from the amount authorised, or made without your authorisation, contact your bank or payment provider immediately and email the organisation. We will review available transaction records and cooperate with any reversal required by applicable law or the payment provider’s rules. Such a correction is not a discretionary donation refund.
How to report a problem
Email harshit@pakkavikas.org as soon as possible with the donor name, donation date, amount, transaction reference and a concise description of the issue. Do not send a full card number, bank password, one-time password, CVV or other sensitive banking credential by email.
Failed or pending transactions
A failed, cancelled or pending transaction may appear temporarily on a bank statement even when the organisation has not received the funds. Release times are controlled by the donor’s bank and payment provider. Where a legally required reversal is processed, it will normally be sent to the original payment method and may take additional business days to appear.
Razorpay payment processing
The website’s donation button redirects to a Razorpay-hosted payment page issued for Dr. Ambedkar Shikshan Seva Sansthan. Razorpay and the selected financial institution control payment authorisation, transaction status and any provider-led reversal. This website does not collect full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, banking passwords or one-time passwords.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right, chargeback process or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where the law or an authorised payment provider requires a transaction to be reversed, the organisation will follow that requirement.
